Founding customers: your Ofgem return prepared every quarter
We're building the full HeatReturn product for small private heat networks. Founding customers get it at £75 per network per month, held for as long as they stay. No payment is taken now; you're telling us you'd buy it.
What you get
- Complaints log with Ofgem's six categories, group-complaint flag, Energy Ombudsman referrals, and automatic next-working-day and 8-week resolution counts.
- Debt tracker with the £200 / 3-month trigger applied for you, plus repayment plans, disconnections, reconnections and involuntary prepayment switches.
- Tariff register: standing charges, unit rates, flat fees, other charges, and the 6,000 kWh reference calculation, with a documented method for the heat element of a service charge.
- Priority Services Register count, with personal data kept to the minimum.
- Every quarter and every year, the return laid out exactly as Ofgem's Tables 3–8, ready to enter or upload to the digital service, plus "no change since last period" where Ofgem allows it.
- Deadline reminders and an audit trail of every change.
Managing agents with several blocks get every network in one place with a role set per network.
What it costs
£75 per network per month for founding customers, or the annual equivalent. Compare: one-off compliance document packs cost £495–£4,495 and give you nothing for the next quarter. We'll revisit pricing for portfolios of five or more networks before launch.
Reserve a place
No card, no commitment. You'll hear from us first when it's ready, and we'll ask you a few questions about your networks along the way.
Straight answers
Does it submit to Ofgem for me? No. Only Ofgem's digital service does that. HeatReturn prepares the figures so you can enter or upload them in minutes.
Is this legal advice? No. It's data preparation and record-keeping built around Ofgem's published guidance.
Where is data held? In the UK or EU, encrypted, with vulnerability data kept to counts wherever possible.
